ALSOC INFRASTRUCTURE

None of what follows later can be achieved unless the ALSOC office and administration itself is strong & responsive. We will have

• Space: for administration, receiving visitors and conducting meetings.
• Information Technology: for record keeping and communicating.
• Staff: of high quality and motivation.
• Money: to fuel our activities and projects

FRATERNITY AND SERVICES

• 25 active cells worldwide expanding and networking.
• Website with updated information on batchmates, members, Jesuit and teachers.
• An ALSOC "newsletter"
• A "Resource Guide" containing what members can offer which can be tapped at time of need by other members.

THE ALMA MATER

• Supporting the school wherever required in maintenance of the building and updating the library.
• Internet connectivity and computer aided instructions for senior classes.
• Health and sports facilities: fully equipped gymnasium, qualified sports trainers, a canteen providing nutritious & economic food.
• Assisting in teacher/student development process e.g. exchange programmes, more relevant courses.
• Providing forums where parents can keep updated on creative ways of parenting.

HERITAGE

• Institutionalize the "Passing Out" programme and include processes to keep in touch with boys after Class 12.
• Create CD-ROMS of Xaverian alumni who can serve as role models for existing students.

SOCIETY

• The ALSOC Clinic will retain its focus on the poor and under privileged but be open all week have a bank of experts and provide many more facilities (e.g. blood bank).
• "TITLI" will continue to be supported and its own vision be fulfilled.
• ALSOC will monitor and increase public awareness of Human Rights to further integrate community living.
